Brigitte Weil

Brigitte is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer who also holds certificates from The American Council on Exercise to instruct Pilates, Weight Training, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Senior Fitness. Brigitte views fitness as an opportunity to prevent disease and improve one’s overall health, happiness and sense of well-being.


Brigitte is also a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America where she received an A.O.S. degree specializing in Nutritious Food Preparation and Planning.

Brigitte is a result-oriented personal trainer who focuses on giving her clients the most appropriate, safe, and effective programs based on their fitness levels and goals.

Our philosophy is based on taking extra time to learn about our clients health status and exercise histories so we are better equipped to personalize an appropriate result-oriented program. Our approach is always informative, instructional, and direct.


We do not believe in the old cliché of
“no pain, no gain.."
We do believe however that sometimes challenging physical work with some muscular discomfort is required to reach one’s ultimate fitness goals.

We stay on top of industry trends to offer the best equipment to reach goals in a safe and effective manner. We also have a kitchen should you need to prepare a pre or post workout snack.
