Gordon and I have always enjoyed adventure travel, but when we signed on for an eight day trek to Machu Picchu, Peru, we knew we needed specific training to meet this fitness challenge. We turned to Brigitte to customize our training sessions. In the months prior to our trip, Brigitte pushed us to improve our strength, balance and cardio capacity. With her expert guidance, climbing to 15,000 + ft. over rough terrain was an adventure of a lifetime where we were able to face each rocky trail with the confidence that our bodies and minds were up to the challenge.
